Short Project Description: The project “Increasing the Competitiveness of JATRO Ltd. through the Implementation of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System” is focused on addressing the issue of insufficient standardization of business processes and quality control, which hinders competitiveness in the shipbuilding and construction markets. The overall objective of the project is to strengthen the company’s market position by aligning its operations with internationally recognized standards, ensuring service quality, increasing efficiency, and reducing costs. The target groups include employees, who will enhance their competencies, as well as clients in international markets, who will benefit from improved service quality.
The implementation of the project contributes to easier access to international markets and the long-term competitiveness of the company.
